This very much depends on your individual needs and circumstances. However typically, coaching sessions are every week or two weeks.

How much does it cost?
This can be discussed when I understand what you are looking for.
What Happens If I Have To Rearrange Or Cancel?
Coaching sessions can be rearranged or cancelled with 48 hours notice.
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
This will vary from client to client – There is no ‘normal’. Some clients only seek coaching for one goal which can be reached in one or two months, others may need longer. Some clients move from goal to goal and a coaching relationship can last up to a year or longer. You should expect to want a minimum of 4 sessions to make a difference.
How Can Coaching Help Me?
There are many ways that coaching can help you and your individual circumstances. I will work with you to clarify your goals, understand your reality (current situation) and any blockers, work through options and define a way ahead. Having a clear goal or something you want to achieve or change is essential, as well as a commitment to make the changes necessary to make the goal a reality. I only work with clients determine to achieve their goals.
What Is The Difference Between Coaching and Counselling?
Coaching is action orientated, vs counselling is coping orientated.

Coaching helps you set and achieve goals vs counselling helps you recognise and solve your problems in life.

A coach has the job to challenge you frequently vs a counsellor is there to support you with empathy and understanding.

Coaches focus exclusively on the present and future vs some counsellors on the present and past.

A coach is focused on your potential vs a counsellor is focused on helping you be at peace with yourself and your life.

Coaching relies on the coachee coming up with answers based on deep exploratory questions and challenges by the coach.

What Is The Difference Between Coaching and Mentoring?
Mentoring is generally advice based and is usually between a more and less experienced person in a particular field.
